Usain Unleashes Another Bolt of Lightening

No grand-standing, no loss of focus, no chest slapping, no slowing down before the finish line this time.

Just a new world record set by a Jamaican athlete who has run his way into history.

Usain Bolt set records and won gold medals in both the men's 100m and 200m events at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Blessed 22nd EarthStrong, Idren Usain! You have won the heart of every Jamaican around the world.

That 200M was one of the more amazing races in the Olympics this time. Bolt didn't even look like he was trying to run fast, and he just left everyone behind.

Amazing!

Honoured Idren Ben,

How nice that you stopped by again! How is life blessing you and the Empress?

I feel that Usain was more focused in the 200m. He knew there was another world record and another gold medal at stake. He has only just begun to show his talents.

Bless Up,

We are doing good. Thank you for asking.

I am working on finding a good place in Jamaica for my wife and I to celebrate our 10th anniversary. I am absolutely AGAINST going to a resort like Beaches or Sandals.

Do you have any suggestions?

Ben

Idren Ben,

Congratulations on your upcoming 10th anniversary. In June, we celebrated our 26th. I agree whole heartedly with your unwillingness to go to an all inclusive. My recommendation would be Taino Cove in Treasure Beach. Ask for Sistren Winnie. Maximum RAS-pect to the Empress. Bless Up, Lady Roots
