Yes, it really is a restaurant. On another trip to Mandeville, I will try to get a better shot.
The half circles you see in the windows are the backs of the chairs. If you click on the image, it will open another window that will allow you to select a larger view.
If you look at the rear windows of the bus, you will see the reflection of my car as I drove past.
